Purchasing from Home Health
We are happy to take your payment over the phone as we understand that many customers feel that this is a more secure method. In order to offer this service with have to charge a 50p surcharge per transaction to cover our time and transaction costs.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the basket. After you have finished, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
The easiest and quickest method of payment is with a credit card though we also accept postal orders, money orders and cheques which should be made payable to Home Health UK Ltd. Please note, in the event that payment is made by cheque, we will only despatch goods upon its clearance. A charge of £20.00 will made for every returned cheque.
We can also accept payment with a bank transfer provided all bank charges are paid by the customer. Our account details for bank transfers is as follows:

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We at Home Health UK are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. As a customer your privacy is very important to us and we will NOT pass your details on to anyone else.
Once you have placed an order with us, your name and e-mail address will be added to our customer file. As a customer we may e-mail you from time to time to give you details of new products or to warn you the test you purchased from us is close to its expiry date. If you do not wish to receive any more e-mails from us, please send us an e-mail at info@homehealth-uk.com and you will be immediately removed from our mailing list.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
- Your name
- Address
- Phone number - if you provided it
- E-mail address
- Purchase details
- Credit/debit card details.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us at customerinfo@homehealth-uk.com. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
We may in the future use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Returns and Cancellation Policy
If you receive a shipment that is damaged or incorrect Home Health UK Ltd will provide yuo with either a full refund or a replacement item. If you wish to return unwanted goods due to your error you will receive a refund less the cost of shipping. Once you have received the goods you have 7 days in which to return them to us. You will receive a full refund from Worldpay within 30 days of cancellation. Please e-mail us at returns@homehealth-uk.com.
Because of the nature of the products we sell on this website, we do ask that products be returned in an unused condition, in original packaging and complete with all documentation. Only unopened test kits may be returned. Opened test kits or any used goods cannot be returned. It is illegal to send through the mail any goods contaminated with human urine or blood.
Please ensure you clearly state the reason you would like a return or a replacement and send it back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Privacy of Order
All orders are shipped in plain outers with no indication of product type, or any other description of the product. The address label will have Private and Confidential typed on it. Our return address will also appear on the label as this is a Royal Mail requirement.
