Payment Processing
We are happy to take your payment over the phone as we understand that many customers feel that this is a more secure method. In order to offer this service with have to charge a 50p surcharge per transaction to cover our time and transaction costs.
Shipping Information
We always aim to have all our products in stock at all times. You will be notified by email when you place an order if there are any delays or products that are out of stock. If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All of our outer packaging is discreet brown or white envelopes, grey postal bags or boxes with no company advertising or logos.
UK Customers:
We will require a full delivery address when your order is placed. It is our policy that all products sold on our site are priced INCLUSIVE of V.A.T and delivery by 2nd Class Royal Mail. If you require your order sooner then we offer 1st Class for an additional 50p and Next Business Day for an additional £6.99. Both of these options can be selected by using the drop down menu's whilst you on the shopping basket page.
Royal Mail aim to deliver 2nd Class Mail within 3 - 5 business days.
Any order received by us before 3.30pm Monday to Thursday and by 12.30pm on Friday will be shipped that day.
Please note: If Next Business Day courier is selected and we receive your order on a Friday then this means that you will not receive your delivery till the following Monday. Any Next Business Day order received on Friday after the cut-off time of 12.30pm will not be dispatched till the following Monday and thus delivery will not be made till the following Tuesday.

Overseas Customers
On this site there are no surprises at checkout! The cost of delivery and additional handling charge of 50p is always shown in your basket. If you require your order to be tracked then we have a just tracked option and a tracked + insured option. This service is of offered by using Royal Mail's Airsure and ISF postage services. Both of these options can be selected by using the drop down menu's whilst you on the shopping basket page.
Postage is calculated from the weight of the goods and your location using the rates published by Royal Mail and ParcelForce.
We have to charge postage for overseas customers as goods will be shipped via Air Mail, which incurs much higher shipping charges. Delivery timings should be the same as for other Air Mail shipments to the country where delivery is required.
Location Selection
To change your location please use the drop down menu's located on the login page. Failure to select the correct shipping country will result in your order being delayed or even cancelled.
