This month we would like to tell you more about a new test that we have added to our website. We have added a food intolerance test.
Food Intolerance Test
Food intolerance, or sensitivity, has been linked to many chronic and persistent problems such as: headaches, intestinal symptoms, skin problems, behavioural changes and asthma – amongst others.The YORKTEST foodSCAN tests measure specific IgG antibodies to identify foods to which you may be sensitive. The presence of IgG antibodies indicates a possible sensitivity to a particular food.
This unique food intolerance test is the quick way to determine whether or not your symptoms could be food related. It does not provide a list of different foods, but gives you a positive or negative result. If negative, then you can rule out food as the problem. If you are not completely sure that food is behind your symptoms, then this is a useful tool to be able to find out.
