How do I apply for an invoice account with Home Health UK Ltd?
Home Health UK Ltd offers 30 day accounts to the national health trusts and other businesses in need of diagnostic health test supplies. We can only offer accounts within the UK.
Filling in the form
The form should only take you a few minutes to complete as we require only basic information to complete our business credit checking procedure, if you have any questions then please call us on 01923 711 511.
How quick can my account be up and running?
Get the form to us along with a letterhead before 1pm and the account can normally be set up the same day.
What will my credit limit be?
Using our "quick" account form method we can open accounts up to a credit limit of £2500.
Can I use your Internet site to purchase the goods and put the order on my account?
Not at this moment in time. We are looking in to up grading our systems so we will be able to offer on line ordering in the future. For the time being please place your order via fax, telephone or email.
Payment Options
We prefer that all invoices are paid by BACS, but we will accept Cheque and Credit Card payments.
